Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
Please contact the Auer Training Team regarding any changes, cancellations or additions to a training class. This ensures that all registered attendees will receive course materials and handouts.
Cancellation Policy: Unless otherwise noted in the course description, you may cancel your reservation up to one week prior to the program without penalty. External trainers (such as BDR and Grandy classes) have specific cancellation policies and may differ for each class. Anyone who fails to attend without cancelling will be liable for the total cost of the class.
