Introducing Auer Rewards... a new way to reward yourself and our way of saying thank you for choosing Auer Steel!


The Auer Rewards program offers a variety of rewards so you can choose the things you love. Earn points during qualifying promotional programs at Auer Steel, then use points for travel, immersive experiences, electronics, clothing, sporting events, and more. And with no expiration dates and no limit on how many you can earn, Auer Rewards points are easy to earn and flexible to use.

Once enrolled in the Auer Rewards Program, earned points will automatically load to your Auer Rewards account within 15 days of the end of the promotion. Points will default to the Owner/Principal account, unless otherwise specified. You can login to check your balance at any time, redeem points, and score on thousands of rewards options!


Simply fill out the form to opt-in to Auer Rewards. Once enrolled, Auer Steel will create your Auer Rewards account. Auer Rewards allows you to accumulate points on one account per company. Choose how to manage the points within your company. Once enrolled, watch for an email which will prompt you to sign-in and set-up your account information.


Visit the “Reward Center” to view thousands of reward options! Once you make your selection, add to your cart and follow the prompts to complete your point trade-in. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemable for cash or account credit.


  1. Can I transfer funds to another account? Points are non-transferable between Auer Rewards accounts. However, points can be transferred from the Carrier/Bryant 'My Award Points' to your Auer Rewards account. Click here to submit a Transfer of Points Request.

  2. Can I cash out? Points can only be redeemed for reward items shown in the Reward Center. Points can not be traded for cash value, account credit, or Visa Gift Cards.

  3. What happens if I leave the company? If you leave your company, the points remain in the account and cannot be transferred to another account. Access to the account will default to the owner/principal.

  4. Do the points expire? Points do not have an expiration date and can be accumulated for as long as you’d like.

  5. What if I don’t have enough points, can I buy more? Points cannot be purchased. In order to use points to purchase an item in the Rewards Center, you must have points equal to or greater than the value of the selected item. All item point values include tax and shipping.

  6. How do I earn points? Points can be earned on qualifying Auer Steel promotions.

  7. How do I create an account? Click Here to create an Auer Rewards account. One account per company. Once you submit the account registration form, you will receive an email within 7 days that includes instructions on how to access your account.

  8. Can we have multiple accounts per company? Each company has one Auer Rewards account, that will be assigned to an owner/principal.

  10. Do points expire? Individual accounts can earn a maximum of 3000 points/year and must be redeemed within the calendar year earned.
